Plus, once you crack our protective shells you find a nutritious treat.  With so many willing to judge our words it's only natural to build defenses. Unfortunately a defensive writer can't write.  We have to be vulnerable to share our stories. What a quandary.</description>

		<description>Hi Lisa, Very nice article. Surely, points I need to imbed deep in my unconscious. This article is similar to the ongoing thread about plot and structure for novelists that Alan posted the link to on Netrat.com. That thread might sometimes sound a bit crazy but many people have not found it boring. Your subject here motivates me to add another article on your board here but I still haven't figured out how to do that. Hope I will.
